A fan filtration unit is a device which consists of a metal case with an integrated motor-fan-unit which, together with an air filter, is used to filter, channel and supply air into a cleanroom. FFUs, which vary in density based on the class-level of a particular cleanroom, are generally installed in a cleanroom's ceiling grid system and span the entire floor area of a cleanroom, varying in density based on the class-level of a particular cleanroom.
Our Group offers a range of FFUs which were designed and constructed in-house in their manufacturing facility. The materials and the motors used in our range of FFUs are high quality imports which are sourced from reputable manufacturers, thus ensuring cohesion and compatibility with our overall design.
All of our FFUs are tested in order to ensure that they adhere to our stringent standards with regards to:
- Air flow uniformity
Our Group's FFUs which are certified for use in a cleanroom environment complies with industry standards with regards to its ability to generate a uniform flow of air.
- Power consumption
All FFUs in our stable of offerings have been designed with the goal of low power consumption in mind. This focus has resulted in an FFU with lower operational costs and higher efficiency.
- Vibration levels
Due to the sensitive nature of cleanroom operations, vibrations which are generated and transmitted via the hooked-up machinery and equipment can prove to be potentially disruptive and damaging. In light of this, we go through great lengths to ensure that our FFUs produce minimal vibrations while in operation.
- Sound levels
Our Group's FFUs are configured and engineered to be barely audible while in operation. This helps to create a more conducive working environment within a cleanroom, absent of any extraneous or distracting noises.
