The IAQ Group is principally involved in the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) of clean rooms for the semiconductor, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food industry & chemicals, medi-care and electronic industries. The Group also actively trade and manufacture a wide variety of air filters and clean room equipments. We are now looking for dynamic, ambitious and highly motivated individuals to grow with the Group.

1. Project Manager

Job Description :

Organize and manage the project team to ensure commitments as to complete the project on time and to budgeted cost;
Preparation of master works program and other works schedule as well as resource plans prior and during contract period;
Study and revise actual and planned work progress in order to achieve the project target;
Organize periodic meeting with sub-contractors and among the site personnel on work progress, technical matters, construction method and etc to resolve problems effectively;
Liaison with authorities, client/consultant and contractors for smooth and well-planned implementation of the project.

Requirements :

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or equivalent;
At least 5 years working experience preferably in construction industry with direct involvement in managing project;
Experience in cleanroom environment will be an added advantage;
Highly lever of integrity drives and result oriented;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Ability to work with all level of employees and management;
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Project Management Software;
Possess own transport;
Willing to travel outstation or overseas as and when required.

2. Purchaser

Job Description :

Responsible for sourcing of new contractors/supplies from local and oversea;
Manage the negotiation of pricing with contractors/suppliers;
Provide logistic/shipping support, prepare custom clearance documents for tax exemption, monitor and ensure timely material deliveries;
Other related activities as assigned;

Requirements :

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
At least 2 – 3 years working experience preferably in construction industry or property development;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Strong analytical thinking, resourceful and attention to details;
Preferably Female.

3. Project Engineer/Executive

Job Description :

Site supervision and arrangement of site works and other activities that are carried out at the construction site;
Monitor work progress and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out on schedule and conformed to specifications;
Attend meetings and liaise closely with client/consultant as well as local authorities pertaining to the project;
Ensure site safety and health requirements are maintained and practiced at all time;
Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
At least 2 – 3 years working experience preferably in construction industry or property development;
Experience in cleanroom environment will be an added advantage;
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Project Management Software;
Preferably Male;
Possess own transport;
Willing to travel outstation or overseas as and when required.

4. Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

To handle all matters related to QS duties including tendering (pre & post contract), estimation of cost and sources, quantity takeoff, site visit and liaise with design & construction team.

Requirements :

Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
At least 2 – 3 years working experience in the related field;
Experience in cleanroom/Mechanical & Electrical environment will be an added advantage;
Possess sound knowledge of market rates, cost control and site valuation;
Possess own transport;
Willing to travel outstation or overseas as and when required;

5. Design Engineer/Executive

Job Description :

Assist the Design Manager in the design of cleanroom including the M & E, HVAC, Process Utility Systems, Control Systems and Architectural Systems;
Preparation and compilation of tender drawings, tender documents, equipment technical specifications, tender report and clarification;
Responsible for project cost estimation and compilation of Bill of Quantity/costing;
Liaise with external parties i.e. client, consultant, quantity surveyor, contractors, local authorities and other statutory bodies;
Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
At least 2 – 3 years working experience preferably in construction industry or property development;
Experience in cleanroom environment will be an added advantage;
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Project Management Software;
Possess own transport;
Willing to travel outstation or overseas as and when required;
Preferably Male.

6. Quality Management Representative (QMR)

Job Description :

To act as QMR, Internal Quality Auditor and Documents Controller;
Ensuring that the Quality System is established, implemented and maintained in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001;
To review, manage and update all ISO documentations;
Identification and evaluation of quality problems and provision of effective solutions to prevent recurrence;
Responsible for proper training and guidance of personnel in quality matters;
To plan and conduct periodic Continuous Improvement and Management Review Meeting;
Liaise with internal/external auditor, consultant and certification body on matters relating to Quality System.

Requirements :

Diploma in any relevant discipline;
At least 2 years working experience in an ISO environment;
High level of integrity drives and result oriented;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Able to work independently under minimum supervision;
Possess own transport;
Willing to travel outstation as and when required;
Preferably Male.
