The IAQ Group is principally involved in the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) of clean rooms for the semiconductor, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food industry & chemicals, medi-care and electronic industries. The Group also actively trade and manufacture a wide variety of air filters and clean room equipments. We are now looking for dynamic, ambitious and highly motivated individuals to grow with the Group.

1. Human Resource & Admin Assistant

Job Description :

Assist the HR & Admin. Manager in various HR task such as processing of payroll, leave, staff reimbursement and claims;
Set up, maintains and update the employees' personnel files;
Update employees' information, leaves, claims in Payroll System on a regular basis;
Maintenance of HR records;
Compile data for preparation of HR reports;
Ensure payment to statutory bodies i.e. EPF, SOCSO, IRB & HRDF are paid on time;
Attend to employees request and queries in line with HR issues;
Liaise with local authorities/statutory bodies related to HR rules and regulations;
Provide support on administrative functions;
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned to from time to time.

Requirements :

Minimum SPM/Certificate/Diploma in Human Resources Management with credit in Mathematic at SPM level;
1 - 2 years relevant working experience in Human Resource Department with computerized payroll system;
Knowledge Malaysian labour laws, EPF and SOCSO;
Proficient and trustworthy in handling sensitive and confidential matters;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Proficient in written and spoken English;
A team player as well as ability to work independently.

2. Account Assistant

Job Description :

Daily receipts entry of Accounts Receivables;
Processing payments for Accounts Payables;
Ensure all accounting documents/records are properly filed and maintained;
Perform any other related responsibilities which may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements :

Minimum SPM or its equivalent;
At least 1 - 2 years of working experience in similar position;
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills;
Result oriented, hardworking and initiative;
Computer literate;
Possess own transport.

3. Design Engineer/Executive

Job Description :

Assist the Design manager in the design of cleanroom including the M&E, HVAC, Process Utility Systems, Control Systems and Architectural Systems;
Preparation and compilation of tender drawings, tender documents, equipment technical specifications, tender report and clarification;
Responsible for project cost estimation and compilation of Bill of Quantity/costing;
Liaise with external parties i.e. client, consultant, quantity surveyor, contractor, local authorities and other statutory bodies;
Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or equivalent;
At least 3 years of working preferably in consultation or construction industry;
Knowledge of the IEC/IEE standard will be an added advantage;
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Project Management Software;
Possess own transport;
Willing to travel outstation overseas as and when required;

4. Project Engineer/Executive

Job Description :

Site supervision and arrangement of site works and other activities that are carried out at the construction site;
Monitor work progress and sub-contractors to ensure works are carried out on schedule and conformed to specifications;
Attend meetings and liaise closely with client/consultant as well as local authorities pertaining to the project;
Ensure discipline and good morale maintained at the construction site;
Ensure site safety and health requirements are maintained and practiced at all times;
Preparation of work progress report and other relevant reports for the project;
Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Degree/Diploma in CHEMICAL/CIVIL Engineering or equivalent;
At least 2 years of working experience preferably in construction industry or property development;
Experience in cleanroom environment will be an added advantage;
Proficiency in AutoCAD/Project Management Software;
High level of integrity drives and result oriented;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Possess own transport;
Willing to travel outstation or overseas as and when required;

5. Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

To handle all matters related to QS duties including tendering (pre & post contract), estimation of cost and sources, quantity take off, site visit and liaise with design & construction team.

Requirements :

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
2 - 3 years of working experience in the related field;
Experience in Mechanical & Electrical environment will be an added advantage;
Possess sound knowledge of market rates, cost control and site valuation;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Possess own transport;
Willing to travel outstation as and when required.

6. Project Manager (Civil)

Job Description :

Organize and manage the project team to ensure commitments as to complete the project on time and to budgeted cost;
Preparation of master works program and other works schedule as well as resource plans prior and during contract period;
Study and revise actual and planned work progress in order to achieve the project target;
Organize periodic meeting with sub-contractors and among the site personnel on works progress, technical matters, construction method and etc to resolve problems effectively;
Liaison with authorities, client/consultant and contractors for smooth and well-planned implementation of the project.

Requirements :

Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or equivalent;
At least 5 years of working experience in construction industry with direct involvement in managing project;
Experience in cleanroom environment will be an added advantage;
Proficiency in AutoCAD/ Project Management Software;
Possess own transport;
Willing to travel outstation or overseas as and when required.
