The IAQ Group is principally involved in the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) of clean rooms for the semiconductor, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food industry & chemicals, medi-care and electronic industries. The Group also actively trade and manufacture a wide variety of air filters and clean room equipments. We are now looking for dynamic, ambitious and highly motivated individuals to grow with the Group.

1. QA/ QC Engineer

Job Description :

Conduct pre-inspection meeting where & when required, witness stage/ final inspection of raw materials, equipment like Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Boilers and Packages etc at vendor works in line with project procedures and standards;
Review of supplier quality documents such as inspection test plans. welding, NDT procedures and testing procedures;
Review of material test certificates and test reports for bulk material of piping/ instrumentation items;
Interpret approved for construction/ erection drawing for structural drawings including standards and specifications for implementation used;
Ensure all IFC drawings are in latest revisions with a stamp issued for construction;
Provide technical assistance to construction personnel during lay-out, erection and installation.

Requirements :

Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
Certified Welding Inspector Certificate from recognized international body (AWS or CSWIP), ASNT or PCN Level II in NDT;
Minimum 5 years experience in QA/ QC preferably in oil & gas, power & utilities or renewable energy industry;
Experience in Wafer Fabrication tool installation environment will be an added advantage;
Familiar in handling Ultra High Purity Testing documentation;
Having sound knowledge of welding procedures, NDT techniques, testing procedures, Ultra High Purity installation protocol and process;
Able to operate Ultra High Purity Testing Equipments such as particle counter, Helium detector, Moisture Analyzer and Oxygen Analyzer;
Possess own transport;
Willing to travel outstation or overseas as and when required.

2. Project Manager

Job Description :

Ensure commitments as to complete the project on time and to budgeted cost;
Preparation of master works program and other works schedule as well as resource plans prior and during contract period;
Organize the project team and assign responsibilities to down-line supporting personnel for the performance of work and various work activities;
Utilize and mobilize the required services of engineering personnel, procurements, construction plant and etc. For the project execution;
Monitor closely the sub-contractor’s resources (manpower, materials, machinery and equipment) to ensure optimum distribution of work;
Study and revise actual and planned work progress in order to achieve the project target;
Organize periodic meeting with sub-contractors and among the site personnel on works progress, technical matters, construction method and etc to resolve problems effectively;
Liaison with authorities, client/ consultant and contractors for smooth and well-planned implementation of the project;
Ensure quality of work is up to specified requirements.

Requirements :

Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
At least 5 years of working experience in construction industry with direct involvement in managing project;
Experience in cleanroom environment will be an added advantage;
Proficiency in AutoCAD/ Project Management Software;
Possess own transport;
Willing to travel outstation or overseas as and when required;

3. Project Controller

Job Description :

Responsible for the implementation and execution of project controls systems and processes;
Develop project control plan for the development of work scope definition, preliminary estimates, budgets, plans, schedules and scope change and resource requirements;
Assist construction team to prepare schedule and cost reports for projects and/or programs;
Manage contract strategy and dispute according to the contract;
Provide project status and progress to the management;
Identify and report issues and take measures to correct by applying industry best practices;
Facilitate meetings with management team to raise and resolve issues.

Requirements :

Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
At least 2 years of working experience in Project or Estimation;
Experience in cleanroom environment will be an added advantage;
Proficiency in Project Management Software;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Possess own transport;
Willing to travel Outstation or Overseas as and when required.

4. Assistant Project Engineer

Job Description :

Site Supervision and arrangement of site works and other activities that are carried out at the construction site;
Responsible for all personnel functions of sub-contractors and workers at the construction site;
Ensure coordination of works among all sub-contractors and site staff;
Monitoring delivery of construction materials and ensure that the quality/ types/ dimension are as per specified requirement;
Preparation of work progress report and other relevant reports for the project;
Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
Proficiency in AutoCAD/ Project Management Software;
High level of integrity drives and result oriented;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Possess own transport;
Willing to travel outstation or overseas as and when required;

5. Procurement Executive

Job Description :

Assist the Group Purchasing Head in the full spectrum of purchasing functions of the Group;
Study, compare and develop a statistic/ database in terms of product/ service availability in the global market, pricing, quality and method based on the Group purchasing need, thereafter identify the most cost effective purchasing plan/ strategy for the Group companies;
Provide and share the above purchasing plan/ strategy of information to relevant parties particularly the purchasing personnel within the Group in order to achieve cost reduction, competitive pricing and ultimately maximum profit;
Interact, coordinate and support the Group companies in implementing the said purchasing plan/ strategy;
Perform and coordinate on the negotiation and bargaining with the Group's distributor/ agent on volume and frequent purchases to obtain the most competitive pricing;
Actively participates in purchasing cost controls & cost-reduction activities;
Liaison with relevant parties that includes client, consultant, contractor, supplier, distributor, statutory authorities and etc.

Requirements :

Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Possess analytical abilities, teamwork spirit and initiative;
Computer literate;
Willing to travel outstation or overseas as and when required;
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

6. Sales & Application Engineer/ Executive

Job Description :

To promote sales & applications of cleanroom partition and ceiling system in SEA especially Indonesia;
Responsible for sales & market potential forecast;
Maintain & develop strong customer relationships;
Explore new customers in order to enhance additional sales growth;
Formulate & carry out action plan to meet / exceed sales target;
Generate & upkeep monthly sales report.

Requirements :

Degree/ Diploma in any related field;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Self motivated, aggressive, hardworking and result oriented;
Willing to travel outstation & overseas (SEA especially Indonesia) as and when required;
Possess own transport;
