The IAQ Group is principally involved in the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning (EPCC) of clean rooms for the semiconductor, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food industry & chemicals, medi-care and electronic industries. The Group also actively trade and manufacture a wide variety of air filters and clean room equipments. We are now looking for dynamic, ambitious and highly motivated individuals to grow with the Group.

1. QA/ QC Engineer
Job Description :
- Conduct pre-inspection meeting where & when required, witness stage/ final inspection of raw materials, equipment like Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Boilers and Packages etc at vendor works in line with project procedures and standards;
- Review of supplier quality documents such as inspection test plans. welding, NDT procedures and testing procedures;
- Review of material test certificates and test reports for bulk material of piping/ instrumentation items;
- Interpret approved for construction/ erection drawing for structural drawings including standards and specifications for implementation used;
- Ensure all IFC drawings are in latest revisions with a stamp issued for construction;
- Provide technical assistance to construction personnel during lay-out, erection and installation.
Requirements :
- Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent;
- Certified Welding Inspector Certificate from recognized international body (AWS or CSWIP), ASNT or PCN Level II in NDT;
- Minimum 5 years experience in QA/ QC preferably in oil & gas, power & utilities or renewable energy industry;
- Experience in Wafer Fabrication tool installation environment will be an added advantage;
- Familiar in handling Ultra High Purity Testing documentation;
- Having sound knowledge of welding procedures, NDT techniques, testing procedures, Ultra High Purity installation protocol and process;
- Able to operate Ultra High Purity Testing Equipments such as particle counter, Helium detector, Moisture Analyzer and Oxygen Analyzer;
- Possess own transport;
- Willing to travel outstation or overseas as and when required.

Job Description :
- Assist the Group Purchasing Head in the full spectrum of purchasing functions of the Group;
- Study, compare and develop a statistic/ database in terms of product/ service availability in the global market, pricing, quality and method based on the Group purchasing need, thereafter identify the most cost effective purchasing plan/ strategy for the Group companies;
- Provide and share the above purchasing plan/ strategy of information to relevant parties particularly the purchasing personnel within the Group in order to achieve cost reduction, competitive pricing and ultimately maximum profit;
- Interact, coordinate and support the Group companies in implementing the said purchasing plan/ strategy;
- Perform and coordinate on the negotiation and bargaining with the Group's distributor/ agent on volume and frequent purchases to obtain the most competitive pricing;
- Actively participates in purchasing cost controls & cost-reduction activities;
- Liaison with relevant parties that includes client, consultant, contractor, supplier, distributor, statutory authorities and etc.
Requirements :
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Possess analytical abilities, teamwork spirit and initiative;
- Computer literate;
- Willing to travel outstation or overseas as and when required;
